Join our team as a Customer Communication Project Manager!
We are looking for a high-energy language professional to join our newly established, centralized Customer Communication team and contribute to providing an exceptional experience to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Creating content, copywriting and editing customer communication messages and materials according to Luminor tone of voice
- Ensuring that customer communication content created is transparent, easy to understand, human and customer-centric
- Contributing to establishing compliant working processes for customer communication activities
- Implementing and monitoring customer communication activities
- Creating content for digital channels (website, e-channels, and social media) supporting marketing & PR projects
- Product PR and content marketing support to marketing campaigns, creating and executing relevant communication plans
- Implementing social media communication (Facebook/ Instagram / LinkedIn / Twitter, Youtube) in cooperation with Digital Marketing, PR
- Generating and evaluating new ideas and content for articles, social media projects, events supporting product PR
Skills and experience:
- Great ability to write, copywrite and edit content
- 1+ year experience in dealing with customer communication
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Having knowledge on digital marketing and social media platforms
- Experience in social media account management as well as PR and content marketing project management experience will be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Experience in banking industry will be considered as an advantage
- Experience in working with online translation software, CAT tools and translation management systems
- Higher Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related fields
