Office Manager / Administrator

Your duties include but are not limited to

- Coordinate office activities and daily operations, contribute to creating a cozy, friendly and comfy atmosphere;
- Provide administrative support to the management team, prepare various documentation;
- Manage agendas/meetings/business trips/appointments etc.;
- Manage company invoices, calls, correspondence, e-mails, parcels & deliveries;
- Track supplies and place orders when needed;
- Provide general assistance to employees, build and maintain friendly professional relations;
- Participate in various company projects (i.e. organizing office outings, team-buildings or annual events);
- Contribute and professionally develop in Human Resource field (staff data and files, recruitment, trainings, etc.).

Requirements

- At least some experience as an office administrator, assistant or similar role;
- Excellent organizational and communicational skills;
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding office/people related information;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Care for people attitude and proactive personality;
- Driver’s license and a car a big plus;
- Fluent written and spoken English is required;
- Being able to work from 13:30 o'clock (6 or 8 working hours per day).
