IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
- Be responsible for Bonduelle´s business and partnership with key Horeca customers
- Grow the company‘s portfolio in turnover and profitability by developing top key accounts and Horeca channels
- Manage pricing and assortment negotiations, promotional programs
- Analyze market trends and competitive environment
- Execute company’s business strategy to deliver on sales, profit and operational targets
- Collaborate broadly with the local team and international colleagues
- Inspire learning and achievement towards the distributor external sales field force
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–3 years of sales and/or business management experience within the FMCG industry or lifestyle goods, making you commercially savvy and a strong executor
- Experience with implementing sales budgets, trade marketing plans and sales forecasts
- Knowledge how to collaborate with external partners to create market-leading joint plans
- Culinary expertise and/or food culture understanding is an advantage
- Driving license – you will get company’s car and will travel 50–70 days a year mainly in LV and EE
- Being an advanced user of MS Office tools
- Fluency in English (Russian is an advantage)
