GBS Operations is a part of Intrum GBS that takes the key role in delivering debt collection services to our Clients in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Netherlands. Apart of responsibilities of daily tasks, we continuously work with process improvements and quality management to create extra value for organization, clients and customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participate in day-to-day credit management operations
• Ensure quality and timeliness, organize and manage team members' workload
• Identify, assess and prioritize risks
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide quality and timely services
• Drive and facilitate team meetings
• Provide on the job coaching for the team members
• Prepare reports, statistics

About you:

• Good knowledge of English and Norwegian
• Willing to blend operational and leadership responsibilities
• Ability to cooperate in a team and lead it
• Good organizational & communication skills

Salary:

1700 - 2500 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
