We are looking for a Consultant with the following qualifications:
• Degree in Environmental Economics, Economics, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry or similar;
• Advanced research and reporting skills;
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and proven ability to deliver high quality reports;
• Time management skills;
• Positive, collaborative and willing to learn;
• Ability to work independently.

Additional skills that would be beneficial for the role:

• Experience of applying research methods drawing on both quantitative and qualitative evidence;

• Project management skills and experience of leading projects for public or private sector clients;
• Fluent in additional EU languages other than English and Lithuanian;
• Experience within the field of environmental policy;
• Ability to develop and run workshops, focus groups and semi-structured interviews;
• Ability to create methodologies to meet clients’ needs;
• People management experience;
• Demonstrable skills in stakeholder engagement.

Our main clients are the European Commission's Directorate Generals, its Agencies and other international organisations such as the OECD. We support them carrying out impact assessments and evaluations of policies, aiming in particular at ensuring a more sustainable future.

Main responsibilities as consultant include:
• Research and analysis;
• Stakeholder consultation;
• Project management;
• Liaising with the clients;
• Writing reports and presenting project results.

Monthly Salary offered: € 1,700 – 2,200 (gross).
We are based in Vilnius but we work remotely full time.
