Monitoring new opportunities, keeping relevant parties informed of them
Creating templates for documents and Proposals, supporting and guiding the process of Proposal preparation
Coordinating preparation of Proposals process with partner companies
Reviewing & ensuring Proposals compliance with the format, company brand guidelines & content requirements
before final submission
Managing production and delivery of Proposals
Managing formal correspondence (for example, following-up with the customers on submitted proposals)
Creating and maintaining up-to-date various documents needed for Proposals (CVs, project references & etc.)
Contributing to company policy development, quality and process improvement initiatives
Communicating with stakeholders
Performing additional bidding administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
The ability to maintain high standards of work
Ability to work with little supervision
Excellent at time management & prioritization
Ability to quickly adapt to a fluid and changing environment
Experience in coordinating proposals for public procurement tenders would be an advantage
Knowledge in IT would be an advantage
