• Be part of a Pan-Baltic team of Consumer and car finance professionals
• Develop and lead Car finance products (Car loan, Private leasing) strategies implementation and support in Lithuania.
• Manage product portfolio and new sales profitability.
• Ensure product compliance with local regulations.
• Keep track on business environment and local market.
• Initiate sales support activities, working closely with local counterparties to implement sales campaigns and special offers.

What you need in this role:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
• Demonstrated experience in banking industry.
• Knowledge of private lending products or processes.
• Experience and capability of managing projects.
• Good cooperation skills with different counterparties.
• Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong planning and prioritizing competencies.
• Good command of spoken and written Lithuanian, English (Russian would be advantage).
