Key tasks:
• Create content for digital channels (Website and Social Media), write and edit communication messages and materials
• Ensure that customer communication content is created in transparent, easy to understand, human way
• Implement social media communication
• Monitor customer communication activities

Professional requirements:
• Ability to explain something complicated in a simple way
• Hands on experience in dealing with customer communication
• Excellent written and verbal language skills in English (Russian language would be an advantage)
• Experience in social media account management and content marketing
• Good organizational and time management skills, excellent attention to details
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with many moving parts. Capability to take ownership of your work
