Job description
- Support and manage user accounts;
- Update, install software applications and /or devices;
- Cross check if users and programs have latest versions;
- Check the reports;
- Maintain infrastructure and servers;
- Hardware inventory check.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Flexibility and ability to adapt;
- Good English language skills.
