Job description
- Manage supply needs and solves problems as they arise;
- Be responsible for planning and leading day-to-day delivery activities of cross-functional teams to make things happen;
- Collaborate with manufacturing plants and other functional stakeholders to match the inventory with demand;
- Research and identify prospective suppliers;
- Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions;
- Check databases, keep records, and enter compliance information;
- Create and maintain a positive and trustworthy community image and respectful attitude;
- Perform other relevant duties and/or special assignments as required.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in similar role;
- Experience working in manufacturing would be an advantage;
- Sense of ownership and commitment;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing;
- Russian language skills – an advantage;
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
