We currently have an engaging role for Talent acquisition manager to join our administration team in Vilnius office. The successful candidate will have full cycle recruiting experience from talent sourcing and attracting candidates too interviewing and hiring great talents and on boarding them.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall screening and interviewing process for various positions.
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing job descriptions and managing job postings.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods, implement candidate attraction ideas.
• Collaborate with different hiring managers.
• Manage candidates’ experience through professional interviews and timely feedback.
• Work on employer branding to attract best talents.
• Actively participate in employees on boarding process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience of being involved in the recruitment process.
• Experience in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Good facilitation, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible working style, good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English and Lithuanian written and spoken skills.
