Hotelston is a wholesale (B2B) travel service reservation company. Our product Hotelston.com is used by over 5000 travel agents and tour operators in Central and Eastern Europe. Hotelston aims to provide the best price and after-sale support for travel business professionals as well as end-customers.

Currently 7 people work in the Accounting Department and we are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist and a team player to join our crew.

Tasks:

• Perform day-to-day tasks related to Accounts Payable
• Prepare provider statements, investigate discrepancies
• Process provider payments, ensure their timely submission
• Audit provider invoices, verify their accuracy and completeness
• Ensure that all assigned job tasks are done efficiently and with high quality
• Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed
• Responsible for bank duties - assigning payments, investigate irregularities
• Oversee and handle other accounting tasks

Requirements:

• 1+ experience in accounting, finances, support or related field
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Attention to details
