Hotelston is a wholesale (B2B) travel service reservation company. Our product Hotelston.com is used by over 5000 travel agents and tour operators in Central and Eastern Europe. Hotelston aims to provide the best price and after-sale support for travel business professionals as well as end-customers.

Currently 15 people work in the Customer Support department in Vilnius and Tenerife and we are looking for a Russian Customer Support Specialist and a team player to join our Vilnius' team.

Tasks:

• Provide customer support by phone and email
• Manage travel service (hotel, transfer, attraction) bookings
• Resolve customer issues and complaints

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian and English (mandatory)
• Attention to details
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good computer skills
• Customer-oriented communication skills
