Yukon Advanced Optics Worldwide is a globally renowned company, operating in the field of civilian use electro-optical observational devices. Company is widely known under the brands Pulsar and Yukon, market leaders in innovative solutions. We design, develop, produce and fully support thermal imaging devices, digital night vision devices, and daytime optics. Our company uses many modern technologies and directions such as Embedded Linux, FPGA, IoT, digital image processing, neural networks.
Available vacancy in R&D department at our Vilnius office:
Embedded C Developer
Responsibilities:
- Development of embedded software for devices with MC. Debugging, optimization of existing software.
- Cooperation with a hardware engineer on circuit design and board tracing at the stage of creating a new device. Approving the selection of electronic components, matching of circuits.
- Development of accompanying project documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience in programming on C for microcontrollers. Good level of C.
- Understanding of modular software architecture, skills of working with interrupts and low-level of controllers.
- Experience in using peripherals: sensors, actuators, understanding the physics of processes.
- Expertise in digital and analog interfaces.
- Understanding features of the development of battery-powered devices.
- High level of expertise in embedded systems debugging tools and measuring equipment.
- Experience in embedded software development with the use of RTOS
- Working either with GIT or other VCS
- Level of English sufficient to work with documentation
- Russian language proficiency is desirable
