Job profile

  • Achieve annual growth, revenue and profit targets of the business.
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for the separate business or product lines. 
  • Monitor and track industry developments and trends developing existing business and exploring new opportunities.
  • Organize and lead various business development projects.
  • Manage daily the performance of sales activities.
  • Coordinate marketing activities.
  • Manage business relationship with clients and partners in a highly proactive and commercial way with the objective of delivering growth in both sales and profit.
  • Lead and develop the sales team setting targets and objectives.
  • Be the main partner for product development team, defining business needs when developing products and specifying their properties.

Requirements

  • Type of personality possessing strategic thinking and able to focus on details and manage daily operations.
  • Profound managerial experience in business development and sales in financial services industry.
  • Experience in the full spectrum of team management, hiring, onboarding, enabling, coaching, mentoring, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of managing a sales pipeline.
  • Evidence of ability to adapt to a fast changing environment, and distributed teams.
  • Excellent command of English
