DAY-TO-DAY TASKS

  • Further develop existing and new customers through digital enabled inbound sales activities
  • Lead identification and qualification
  • Inbound sales activities in close cooperation with Business Development Manager
  • Proactive shifting customers to online solutions e.g. quoting.
  • We are looking for energetic personality that is a social negotiation expert, who is comfortable to work independently and in a team. Distrelec trusts employees to make the right decisions - this position requires you to be able to work under
    deadlines and time pressure, handle multiple requests and set priorities. We are looking for someone with strong sense of self-management and self-motivation for success.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Great communicator, social intelligence, winning mentality
  • Previous direct sales experience
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Understanding of P&L, profitable sales, margin implications of particular sales and discounting policies
  • Self-starter, able to work independently
  • Analytical experience and ability to interpret financial and sales data and results
  • Ability to collaborate and connect with others in a multi-channel multi-cultural environment
  • Good Lithuanian and English language knowledge (written and oral). Russian language knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Technical background or/ and direct sales experience with technical product/ services would be great asset.
