Responsibilities
• Be the POC for AML/CFT matters inside & outside the organization.
• Develop, implement and maintain procedures across business functions to ensure that we meet our regulatory requirements.
• Design, maintain, and continuously test the effectiveness of AMUCFT controls following the organization's risk appetite.
• Manage an AML team.
• Collaborate and interact with the Lithuanian Central bank & FIU.
• Oversee the AMUCFT supervision of partners.
• Execute AMUCFT monitoring, analyzing, and submitting regulatory reports.
• Promote and develop the culture of AML within the organization.
• Train the staff on AMUCFT matters.

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AML/CFT compliance roles within regulated financial institution at the Senior or Mid-Senior level.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field is required. Relevant certification (ACAMS; CAMS etc.) is considered a huge advantage.
• Knowledge of the AML/CTD regulatory framework.
• Experience in the financial service areas, designing policies and procedures.
• Experience with regulatory audit/review.
• Experience in interacting with the Bank of Lithuania.
• Ability to work autonomously and to take an initiative.
• Curious, analytic, and creative mindset.
• Experience in payment services or virtual assets - an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Lithuanian. (Russian and other foreign languages - an advantage)
