We are looking for a Cost Control Manager to join our team, new colleague will guide the team of cost controllers. This team is responsible for all cost groups, which require close attention. Cost Control Manager position requires courage to raise questions about departments costs, challenge decisions and find answers to - why?

• Lead the team of cost controllers (5 people).
• Ensure that invoices validation process is efficient, work with the team and other departments seeking processes optimization.
• Raise questions for future costs and suggest costs saving, optimization solutions.
• Implement and oversee periodical reports related to the main costs groups.
• Support Finance Controllers team in monthly closing process.
• Support in budgeting process.
• Other ad-hoc tasks.

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or similar field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in finance.
• Fluent English.
• Eagerness to learn new things.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, analytical thinking.
• Experience in cost allocation and/or aviation would be considered as advantage.
