Currently we are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (SPANISH)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relations with internal and external customers
• Together with the team develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction
• Focus on the customer: communicate solutions and follow up on daily tasks
  Coordinate between stakeholders, i.e. commercial, global and operational planning, site operations, third-party terminals and similar upon necessity
• Deliver all orders to colleagues in Transport Management
• Manage billing documents, return and diversion cases
• Work closely together with colleagues within the team, unit and Yara to continuously improve supply chain related processes
• Take independent responsibility for daily tasks and proactively take on additional roles and responsibilities
• Be a role model of Yara’s culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority

Profile

• Fluent/native in English 
• Good Spanish language skills (Level B2 or higher)
• Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
• Proactive and self-driven with a solution-oriented mindset
• Relevant successful operational experience in Supply Chain Operations, including customer service, logistics, planning and/or other related operations with good understanding of transport legislation
• Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate

Salary range

We offer salary from 1478 Eur to 2218 Eur/month gross (before taxes)
