We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.You will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.

What you will do?

• Attract, source, and hire talent for different-level open positions
• Build talent pipelines for open vacancies
• Create vacancy profiles and post compelling job ads in line with market expectations
• Develop optimum strategies for searching and selecting top talent
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruiting process
