Own and lead AR management and credit control processes for assigned countries, including data entry element. (Aged AR report preparation, lead weekly reviews and escalations, proactively monitor bad debt provision reduction.)
Liaise with billing team on SAP customer master review and updates.
Investigate customer accounts clearing challenges on SAP and support SSC team with solutions.
Own AR reporting including Top 20 overdue, proactive bad debt provision monitoring.
Execute and coordinate assigned project work including, but not limited to automation of dunning process, rolling out late payment fees.
Respond to inquiries, check accounting transactions to locate and resolve discrepancies and open AR items.
Verify accuracy of accounting journals and relevant documents per established procedures, provide data entry, accounting, and wider support to regional NCEE Shared Service Centre.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant colleagues across the region and across functions.

Problem solver, flexibly embracing change and with a customer care attitude.
Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge and minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Proven track record of project leading and process improvement.
Education related to accounting or financial management or a related field.
Fluency in English.
Strong data management skills, MS Excel and other reporting tools.
Experience of working with accounting packages, SAP experience an advantage.
Be able to work accurately, efficiently & meet tight deadlines.
