The position is based in Kaunas and will be reporting to Digital Workplace Manager (Support Services Central Europe). You can expect operational processing of IT incidents (on-site/remote) within the scope of IT user support as well as provision of the IT workplace, IT end devices based on Microsoft workplace computers and smartphones (Android/Apple). Also, if required, you are expected to support the IT infrastructure department (e.g. network, server) in the context of IT infrastructure incidents and change requests.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatching, pre-qualification, processing, forwarding, resolving and documenting of IT Incidents and requests.
• Working with applications regarding user, computer, infrastructure and mobile device management, and ITSM system and maintain IT relevant master data;
• You will also be involved in IT projects) and support the coordination of external IT service providers.
• Support in the preparation of reports.
• Support in the creation of general and end user documentation.
• Carrying out end-user training. 
• Generally working towards ensuring the availability of all IT services.
• User-interface development for laboratory instruments.
• Offline system software setup and deployments.
