We are seeking a Junior Support Engineer to join our team at our fast-paced fintech company. The Junior Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees and ensuring that our computer systems, hardware and software are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to employees with computer systems, hardware, and software
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Provide training and guidance to employees on computer systems and software.
• Keep inventory of all hardware and software
• Task routing in Service Desk
• Keep track of hardware and software licenses
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients

• Experience in IT support
• Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with remote support tools would be an advantage
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of support engineering
