Job description
We are currently seeking for COO to join the Founder and CEO of a company group to launch Crowdfunding business. You will be situated in Vilnius.
In this operation role you will have to create from scratch, lead and manage a crowdfunding platform. With many milestones along the way – gaining the license to operate will be the first one. The COO will be responsible for setting the strategy together with Founder/Group CEO and setting the steps towards achieving strategic goals, developing, and implementing plans, and managing the day-to-day operations of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gaining European licensing
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the platform, including goals, objectives, and metrics for success.
- Hire, manage and mentor a team of professionals to achieve goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.
- Provide leadership and direction for the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement of the platform.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in management and leadership roles, with at least 2 years in the crowdfunding industry.
- Proven track record of success in setting and achieving strategic goals.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with fundraising and investor relations is a plus.
