We are looking for a highly motivated new team member - Head of Ground Handling Division in Baltic Ground Services.

What are you going to do at BGS:

• Provide leadership to ensure high standards of performance by the Ground Handling operations;
• Interact with customers on a regular basis to assure Ground Handling services are to a customer’s satisfaction;
• Establishment, implementation and management of budgets related to Ground Handling;
• Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws/regulations/aviation procedures;
• Performs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annual mandatory reports;
• KPI implementation and control of Ground Handling division;
• Effective management of resources (Lean);
• Review, evaluate employee performance and motivation system;
• Promote and maintain a safety awareness culture.

What do we expect from you:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree;
• Professional experience with at least 4 years in leadership position (previous experience in production/operations preferred);
• Business acumen and willingness to be hands-on ability to work in a dynamic, fast evolving environment and tight deadlines with a positive attitude;
• Strong analytical skills and experience in managing complex projects or teams with high attention to detail, proactive and action-oriented;
• Experience of implementing Lean system in daily operations;
• Leadership and self-motivation skills;
• Strong English language skills (verbal and written).
