• Checking and processing purchase invoices and credit notes for Telko group companies
• Precise recording of purchase invoices and credit notes in the program in line with accounting requirements
• Timely processing of invoices in the program
• Increase level of AP automatization for his/her part
• Selecting proper account numbers and VAT codes to invoices
• Adding related order numbers and cost centers to invoices
• Attaching supporting documents to invoices
• Sending invoices to authorized reviewers and approvers
• Clarifying differences with Group companies and suppliers
• Reconciliation of balances with external suppliers and Group companies
• Processing of received reminders
• Matching invoices with purchase orders
• Creating and adjusting supplier master data
• Supporting in month-end and year-end reporting topics
• Continuous and proactive collaboration with finance team and relevant stakeholders
• Other assigned tasks

• Minimum Bachelor degree
• Good understanding of the accounting processes and strong analytical skills
• Experience in common finance applications, including MS Office tools
• Good communication and language skills in English
• Development-orientated and positive can-do attitude as well as good cooperation skills
• Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility in working hours to meet deadlines
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team
• At least one year experience in accounting
