ABOUT THE PROJECT
As a software engineer you will be designing global production system with a focus on developing the algorithmic trading system.
Using modern technologies and an efficient product pipeline you will be implementing and testing new software products and components. The tech stack we use: C++17, Boost, TBB, Google Test, Docker/K8s, Kafka, PostgreSQL, JSON, TCP/UDP, Protobuf, FIX, Linux, Python/Bash.
You will also be able to experience the results of your commitment directly, as our dynamic industry enables direct feedback on the success of a new features within a few days.
YOU WILL
- Design global in-house production system (of our customers) with a focus on developing the algorithmic trading system;
- Develop new business and digitization ideas;
- Implement features in the heart of the trading system (in cooperation with the traders);
- Implement and test new software products and components;
- Bring your own ideas into the trading algorithms;
FROM YOU WE EXPECT
- Several years of experience using C++17;
- Working experience with Python and in Linux environment;
- Knowledge of software patterns, documentation in UML, requirements engineering;
- Familiarity of continuos integration (Jenkins) and automated tests (e.g. GUnit);
- To be interested in new technological trends (e.g. Cloud, Kubernetes, C++20), approach topics proactively and use creative freedom;
- Knowledge of Git, Docker, Atlassian Bitbucket, Jira - will be a big plus;
- Ability to operate on the global capital markets;
- To be fluent in English language;
