In this unique global role, we’ll be looking to you to lead a team of business analysts and you'll be at the forefront of driving our digital & retail products forward.
Role Responsibilities
Leading and developing a team of business analysts.
Organizing team’s work and delivery goals.
Managing complex digital projects from initial design and scope management, through to execution and cost control.
Facilitating the identification of suitable dashboards and success metrics, assessing awareness, understanding, and endorsement for change management activities through presentations and reporting to senior stakeholders.
Managing risks, timelines, and relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
Role Requirements
Experience in building and managing teams, and successfully managing senior stakeholders.
Solid track record of project management, ideally in the digital space in the financial services or FinTech industries.
Good understanding of the Agile process, Scrum Framework, and Lean methodologies.
English is required, written and verbal.
Sound communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, deadline-driven environment.
Customer-orientated approach.
A degree in Accounting, Economics, or a similar field would be a plus.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 2983 – 4741 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
