Financial reporting:
- Reconcile banking and credit card statements.
- Preparation of financial reports, forecasts, budgets.
- Analyze and interpret financial details from previous and current years and assist in determining areas of development and improvement.

Accounts Receivable/Payable and Payroll functions:
- All phases of customer invoicing.
- Collect/Deposit customer payments.
- Manage accounts receivable aging.
- Manage subcontractor agreements and COIs.
- Issue payments.
- Oversee payroll operations.

- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of general Accounts Payable/Receivable routines and procedures.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience required.
- Analytical, evaluative and objective critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent computer skills, versed in MS Office products and other applicable software.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain confidentiality in matters related to the position.
