The Pricing Center of Excellence (CoE) is a central department focused on advancing pricing initiatives throughout the organization. Our department consists of five diverse teams, with approximately 40 employees from various professional backgrounds.
Be part of a vibrant and collaborative team of 9, including the manager, that values collaboration and innovation. Our team, based in Denmark and Lithuania, promotes a culture of continuous learning and mutual support. We specialize in delivering robust data support and insightful analytics to empower our department. We are crucial in driving data-driven decision-making processes to enhance the banks pricing capabilities. We are willing to find skilled a person who is interested in contributing to our goals and growing with us in this vital role.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.
Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office.).
This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.

You will:
- Develop and manage new and existing BI solutions and data flows tailored to pricing activities
- Analyse data using SQL and Tableau to provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with team members across locations to support data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data processes and pricing strategies
About you:
- 3+ years of experience with developing business intelligence and managing data flows
- Higher Education in Engineering, Economy, IT would be considered as a beneficial asset
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using tools like Tableau and SQL for data analysis and visualization. Familiarity with Python, Airflow, and ETL is beneficial
- You are Structured and Open-Minded: Approaches tasks with organization and clarity, while also being receptive to new ideas and flexible
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- High communication and teamwork capabilities
- You are Proactive and Accountable: Owns their responsibilities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
