About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Customer Care Coordinator to join our growing international team on a part-time basis (approx. 80 hours/month) for an initial 9-month period. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and building strong relationships.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their skills and grow into a long-term or full-time role within the company.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide professional, timely, and efficient customer support via email and phone

· Manage daily tasks and customer requests using internal systems (e.g., JIRA)

· Handle queries related to orders, deliveries, invoicing, and product information

· Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups

· Support the sales team and manager with customer service tasks

· Communicate daily with customers regarding toll devices (registration, issue resolution)

· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

· Participate in product and system training sessions
