Textback.ai is a fast-growing SaaS platform that powers AI-driven voice and SMS for performance marketing and sales teams across the US, Canada, UK and beyond. We replace manual call centre work with AI agents that call, text, qualify and route leads 24/7.
We’re a small, senior team (8–10 people) founded by three Finns, headquartered in Estonia, operating globally with tech in Vietnam and clients across North America and Europe. Now we’re looking for our first dedicated Senior Account Executive to build our direct customer pipeline, win new performance marketing and lead gen clients, and grow them into long-term, high-value accounts.



Your responsibilities


  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, demos, negotiation and close
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities with performance marketing agencies, affiliate networks, lead gen companies and call centre operations
  • Onboard and farm the accounts you close in the early phase — drive expansion, retention and increased usage
  • Set up and refine our sales systems and tooling (CRM, outreach sequences, reporting) in close collaboration with the CEO
  • Validate and refine our ideal customer profile (ICP) and messaging based on what resonates in the market
  • Forecast revenue, maintain transparent pipeline visibility and report regularly to the leadership team
  • Capture structured customer feedback and feed it into our product and engineering teams to shape priorities



Who we’re looking for


  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling to performance marketing agencies, affiliate networks, lead gen companies or call centres
  • Proven hunter who can open doors, run a structured sales process and close deals
  • Comfortable with ~2-month sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience selling deals in the $5k–$30k MRR range (SMB to mid-market)
  • Genuine willingness to farm and grow the accounts you bring in - not just hand them off after the first contract
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing economics and buyer mindset - ROAS, EPC, CPL, and how these drive decisions
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks, lead gen funnels and call centre operations
  • You’ve set up or significantly improved sales systems before (CRM, sequences, playbooks)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and “first-hire” energy - you enjoy building as you sell
  • Strong interest in using AI tools to accelerate prospecting, research, outreach and admin
  • Fluent in English
