Requirements for candidates

Minimum 3 years of experience on construction sites (roads, structures or railway)

Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role

EQF level 6 in railway, road or bridge construction

Ability to supervise individual employees or subcontractors

Basic understanding of budgeting and scheduling

Good technical knowledge in civil/rail construction methods

Ability to coordinate field activities and documentation

Candidates not having Schengen legal residence should not apply.

Job description

To participate in the Rail Baltica Estonia Project, Pärnu to Latvian border area: roadworks, drainage / melioration, structures, earthworks.

Provide budget and schedule input for assigned works

Coordinate daily execution of works in the field

Ensure HSE compliance within the designated scope

Organize coordination meetings for assigned works

Manage subcontractor performance

Organize inspections and acceptance meetings

Request surveys and laboratory tests

Control material quality and compliance with technical documentation
