- Experience with outdoor living, saunas, garden buildings, construction, wellness, or premium consumer products
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and manage dealer/distributor networks
- Experience in opening new markets and finding new business opportunities
- Good understanding of the North American market and customer expectations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Independent, proactive, and result-oriented personality
- Experience with export sales
- Experience working with websites, dealer price lists, product catalogues, and online sales materials
Job description
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive sales manager to develop and expand our outdoor sauna business in the North American market.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and grow sales of outdoor saunas in North America
- Build and manage dealer and distributor networks
- Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term partnerships
- Communicate with existing customers and actively acquire new clients
- Prepare offers, pricing structures, and sales agreements
- Coordinate product information, price lists, catalogues, and website content together with the marketing and production teams
- Participate in international trade fairs and customer meetings
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Cooperate closely with production, logistics, and product development teams
- Support development of online sales and digital presentation materials
- Achieve agreed sales targets and business development goals

Most of our production is exported mainly to Europe. In recent years, various outdoor sauna buildings have become increasingly popular, and the production of outdoor saunas already represents a significant share of our manufacturing output.We aim to significantly expand our sauna business, especially in North America, where there is a very large and active market for outdoor saunas.
