Senior Marketing and Sales Support Specialist for Baltics (located in Lithuania)

About the role:
The Senior Marketing & Sales Support Specialist is responsible for the hands-on execution of local marketing activities in the Baltics, with a strong focus on sales support, commercial marketing initiatives and business growth.
The role is execution-driven and includes local adaptation and deployment of marketing materials, support for local promotions and events, coordination of agencies in line with corporate policies, and ongoing communication support for Distributors and their Leaders.
This position operates within a small local team and works in close collaboration with the Regional EMEA teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Understand the Herbalife business model and continuously expand your knowledge of the brand to drive company growth and brand awareness in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia
- Execute the local marketing plan in line with the Regional EMEA strategy and Baltic market specifics
- Support local sales promotions, commercial initiatives, and in-market programs to drive sales and KPIs
- Adapt and localise regional go-to-market tools and campaigns for effective local execution
- Promote the existing product portfolio at the local market level
- Localise, adapt, and maintain marketing, business, and communication materials (online and offline) in line with global brand and compliance standards
- Support local execution of new product launches, including adaptation of communication and education materials and launch activities
- Collect market feedback and contribute to post-launch reporting to the Regional teams
- Support the organisation of local marketing events, promotions, and Distributor/Leader meetings, and coordinate external agencies and suppliers
- Assist in communication with key Distributors and Leaders and delivery of marketing and educational initiatives to increase engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local and regional Marketing, Sales, Digital, Operations, and Finance teams, demonstrating flexibility in a small local organisation
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, or 1-3 years for strong hands-on specialists with clear growth potential
- Additional certifications or training in Marketing, Branding, Project Management, or Sales are an advantage
- Strong practical orientation and understanding of marketing’s role in sales generation and business growth are preferred
- Relevant hands-on experience may partially compensate for a formal educational background
- Experience in local market marketing execution, sales support, promotions, and event management
- Experience working with agencies and external vendors is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a result-oriented, commercial mindset
- Open, positive, and supportive team player, able to collaborate effectively in a small local team
- Ability to work within an international matrix organisation, following corporate processes and policies with strong attention to detail
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (minimum B2 / Upper-Intermediate) to communicate with partners across the Baltics; other Baltic languages are considered an advantage
- Category B driver's license and flexibility to travel within the Baltics
